I am a yoga teacher based in Valencia 🇪🇸. I help you integrate Ayurveda into your daily life in a simple way. I organize retreats all over the world.

Biography

My name is Joy, a name that has given me wings for 31 years.

I grew up in Côte d’Ivoire, Lebanon, France, and Mauritius, and continued exploring the world on my own, living in Thailand and Mexico. Now, I’ve settled down in Valencia, Spain. I am deeply in love with life and the connections it brings.

When I began practicing postural yoga, my sankalpa was to develop a healthier image and awareness of my body, which has helped me tremendously. Now, yoga benefits me in even more ways, calming my mind and easing my anxiety.

I offer a slow-paced yoga practice that weaves together inner strength, alignment, and deep breathing. My classes are challenging, energizing, and engaging.

I provide adjustments tailored to your practice and body, helping you understand the poses better and deepen your body awareness.

Since 2021, I’ve been integrating Ayurveda into my life and my teaching, offering a more holistic approach to health, both on and off the mat.

Yoga Studio

To help you take care of yourself through yoga while maintaining a pleasant rhythm of life, I created Studio Sol. It’s a space for practitioners to be together. Sol stands for sun, vitality, and joy.

Here, you’ll find my classes in Valencia and online, as well as my workshops.

The practices are very diverse: Hatha, Vinyasa, Warrior, and Yin—a blend of my learnings and personal discoveries!

My services

Ayurveda offers powerful techniques that will help you restore well-being:

All year round, I passionately organize meaningful and accessible experiences that combine wellness, discovery, and powerful connections!

Each retreat is unique. This year, we’re heading to Marrakech in March, Denia near Valencia in May and Formentera near Ibiza in October.
