Class Schedule

Depending on your energy, practice level, and the season, i can adapt your practice!

If you have any limitations or injuries, I always provide options and adjust to each student.

My classes are a blend of my studies: a traditional practice mixed with modern exercises. I love focusing on anatomy, arm balances, flexibility, mobility, and inversions. We’re going to have lots of fun!

Yoga Styles

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga practice involves a smooth transition from one pose to another. The idea is to honor the underlying principle of this practice: synchronizing breath with movement. Emphasis is placed on alignment adapted to each person’s needs. I incorporate inversions safely and playfully. My classes are voice-guided and sometimes physically guided in a vibrant, joyful, and uplifting way.

Hatha Yoga

This traditional approach, where postures are held steadily and in a specific sequence, allows you to build the foundations of yoga practice. You will learn alignment, guiding principles, and attitudes to develop, along with various breathing techniques. This practice enhances lung capacity, fosters a grounded feeling, and promotes energy flow throughout the body.

Warrior Yoga

A highly dynamic style of yoga. The initial benefits are primarily focused on core toning and body sculpting. The most commonly practiced poses are aimed at strengthening muscles. This is an endurance-based yoga, which involves a lot of sweating and calorie burning, helping you tone up. With regular practice, it offers additional benefits like increased flexibility and improved balance.

Yin Yoga

Restorative postures that rejuvenate and refresh both body and mind. The practice is completed with breathing or relaxation exercises leading to full relaxation of the muscles, skin, organs, and nervous system. It helps increase physical and mental flexibility, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and find subtle joy. The use of props is encouraged.
