I offer individual yoga classes for all levels and ages.
Beginners can focus on the foundations of the practice, while more experienced practitioners can work on specific needs—deepening certain aspects of the practice such as pranayama, concentration, and meditation, or exploring specific posture families like inversions, forward bends, and hip openers.
I also guide individuals who wish to ease back into yoga after an injury or illness.

Yoga classes are available online via Zoom or in person in Valencia. Classes can be teach in English, Spanish or French.

Yoga Styles
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is our feel-good energy booster! A dynamic flow that builds strength, flexibility, and focus all while having fun. Expect to sweat, smile, and move with intention. Options are always offered, so whether you’re new or seasoned, you’ll find your rhythm. Sometimes we even pair up for playful partner moves. My classes are in English and Spanish.
Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha-Vinyasa is a balanced yoga practice that blends the grounding stillness of Hatha with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. It combines mindful breathing, held postures, and fluid sequences to help build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. This practice invites you to move with awareness, find presence, and reconnect both body and mind. My classes are in English and Spanish.
Flex & Flow
Flex and Slow is all about taking it easy but going deep. A slow, stretchy session that focuses on mobility, release, and relaxation. It’s the perfect class to unwind, breathe, and give your body some well-deserved love. All levels welcome, with variations for every body. Sometimes we partner up for assisted stretches! My classes are in English and Spanish.
Yin Yoga
Yang to Yin is the best of both worlds: we start with an energizing, upbeat flow (Yang), then melt into long, deep stretches (Yin). You’ll feel both refreshed and grounded — like your body hit the reset button. Open to everyone, and options are always offered. Bonus: some sessions include cozy duo postures to deepen the experience.
